Training program in the pool

Hei Kaikki,
chatting in the pool is cool. However, doing some masochistic exercises is fun and keeps you warm! To this end, I suggest to join forces and come up with a training program for the Sunday pool sessions. This program will contain elements of the Belgian CMAS training, static and dynamic apnoe, exercises with SCUBA and LapinKulta bottles under water, but also elements from the NAUI program. If you have more ideas, (e.g. counting of tiles along the floor upside down swimming backwards having champaign with the bird), please report here.
If we suffer together, it will make us stronger.

That would be interesting, but the beer has to be non-alcohol as our new puhis pointed out.

Yesterday there was a "pellehyppykisat" literally translated as a clown jumping competition. I happened to be there to watch the show. Lots of fancy and funny jumps, and the pool ended up with having eg. a bicycle, a ladder, a brush and lots of hats in the bottom. Also in the show they spilt a liter of milk and 4,5 liters of coke in the pool. So if the pool felt sweet yesterday evening it was due to the show...
