chatting in the pool is cool. However, doing some masochistic exercises is fun and keeps you warm! To this end, I suggest to join forces and come up with a training program for the Sunday pool sessions. This program will contain elements of the Belgian CMAS training, static and dynamic apnoe, exercises with SCUBA and LapinKulta bottles under water, but also elements from the NAUI program. If you have more ideas, (e.g. counting of tiles along the floor upside down swimming backwards having champaign with the bird), please report here.
If we suffer together, it will make us stronger.
