Nousun hallivuorolla on marraskuussa uppopallokurssi vasta-alkajille.
Kurssipäivät ovat 9.11, 16.11 ja 23.11.2014 klo 20:30-21:30.
Viisi nopeinta Nousulaista pääsee mukaan.
